Fortunately for myself, I live close enough to a shop and decided to give it a shot. I have visited other auto repair shops, such as NAPA and AutoZone, but was thoroughly disappointed with the unfriendly and rushed service and the amount of time it took for a simple oil change to take place. Fed up, I decided to give the local store located in Illinois a shot. They have a wonderful and friendly yet experienced and knowledgeable staff and repair team. They answered all my questions thoroughly and quickly. I was told what needed to be done to my car, what products were to be used, and how long it would take. I was astounded at how quickly my car received a complete tune-up. The price was affordable, the people were friendly, and the service was quick and well-executed. With this being said, I highly recommend this auto repair shop to anyone that is looking for superior customer service and a knowledgeable staff. Their services did not disappoint and they far surpassed those offered by other auto stores and repair shops. This is now my go-to auto repair shop.
